Liam Miller in the Hibees Newsletter says words to the affect that we didn't play well against Hearts but can get away with that against them but we won't get away with that against St Mirren. Nice one, now we all know that even St Mirren are streets ahead of Hearts, if we didn't already.

I love the wee subliminal messages they put into their interviews.

"We can get away with playing poorly against Hearts... but we can't against St Mirren"

AKA

"St Mirren are better than Hearts, because they're sheer mince" :cool2:

St Mirren were actually very impressive in the first fixture at ER. They'll be no walkover that's for sure.

To get anything from the game, we'll have to be spot on tactically. Good team St Mirren.

If this weather keeps up (which I believe it's supposed to), I can see a postponement this weekend. :boo hoo:

A good team, yes. But we should be looking for all three point here.

If we turn in a performance (ie Motherwell) we'll get three points. If its a a scarp on a rainy mudbath and we don't dig deep, we'll get zilch.
