There aren't an MLS they are an USL expansion team.

USL is below the MLS and is like the 1st Division over here.

Something tells me that Paul will have a decent career as a Manager and will climb the leagues in that role. His attitude and work ethos was bang on.

The youth team I coach were just named the official feeder to the Tampa Bay Rowdies a few weeks ago, then this is announced! USL1 isn't officially below MLS, it is an equivalent league that has many teams who would match MLS outfits, however the franchises are much cheaper and it gets less media coverage. Brent Sancho also manages at this level.

Good luck to the lad but he's got a job on his hands - from what I understand they've still to complete their new stadium which will have a capacity of only around 5500 steats plus executive boxes and they haven't signed any players yet........

Good luck to him. Despite him not really getting his chance at ER, he obviously enjoyed his time here and seems to have great affection for the club. Hope he does well over there.

This'll be the reason why he's not been tweeting so much recently.
