Now why I'm I not surprised at the rising costs. does nothing come in on budget any more..:bitchy:

I suppose you could say it's because I'm no the gaffer :wink: too many cups o'tea and digestives for my liking...Seriously though, nothing comes in on budget now. memories...:rolleyes:

London rips off the rest of the UK and Glasgow rips off Scotland. Nothing changes.
