Proof, if it were needed, that fireworks should be banned from public sale without exception!

We had the same thing in the Caldera on Thursday evening - at least 4 elderly folks had rockets put through their letterboxes. Don't know how we didn't have a major fire. And deaths.

Morrisons were offering free boxes of fireworks to anyone who bought £40 worth or more. A friend went in for some to do a display for his wee grand-daughter (he knows what he's doing, before anyone starts), and was given as many again as he'd already bought.

These things should not be on general sale. END OF. :grr:

One of my mates was hit with a firework on Saturday night. He decided it would be good to set them off because Haye won the fight as he had a bet that he would.

A little tip, don't set off fireworks at 23:00 after being out since 12!
