I'm sure that means that you can't watch it back on the iplayer, the link I gave you is a live stream to the channel - can't see them turning it off for the football.

None of the BBC's football content applies to iPlayer. Television wise anyway.

No but if you download the player from zattoo you can watch it online.

Yes it is legal. It covers the freeview/freesat channels.
