Next two games crucial -if we take 4 or six points from next two we could very well go on a run as next 4 games after that are games we should be winning. However, we are Hibbies and have been here before - just when we think we are going somewhere.. bang.

the last post sums it up for me. Every time we're making progress, we mess it up ala Hamilton...

Is this the start of a Strongbow advert?

One game at a time and all that.It only takes an injury or two or bad luck to stop us.Keeping the same squad together is important and hopefully some business done in the transfer window as well.Stokes and miller are probably just nearing full sharpness and benji isnt far away now.We will have off days and yogi is saying all the right things and keeping the players grounded.Aberdeen will be a tough game as they are well organised but hopefully deeks, stokes and benji can win the game for us as well as the wee magician zemmamma.

I would just love it if this season keeps going the way it is. Before we get too carried away we have to remember that things are very tight, and a couple of bad results could see us looking pretty ordinary again.

The fixtures in the first quarter have fallen kindly for us this year. On the positive side we have acquired some exciting players to build on what was a pretty good base to start with, and they seem to be gelling as a team more and more as the season progresses.

A top three finish this season would see us completing our most succesful decade since the 70s. Add in a solid infrastructure and Hibs time may well have come. Unfortunately, all it will take is unrealistic expectations combined with an owner seeking popularity to wipe it all out overnight.

Feet on the ground, we are only a wee team supported by AIDS riven Hobos, and we have to remember our place. We are not a big enough team to handle the sort of debt other clubs have. The likes of Hearts can recover from mediocre seasons and go out and sweep all before them the next (they seem to think).

too true... He's done a decent job the past two games though, keeping boyd and kyle tucked away, so hopefully more of the same!

Absolutely, feet on the ground is the right way forward. But i think there are times when we all have to step up to the plate and make sure that the team knows that we have faith in them. This is that time, here and now. We will not have a better opportunity to make our mark!!!
