Yes, Jones was playing. He has only missed two league games all season.

Have the Scunnys taken to him yet? They weren't too impressed earlier in the season, it seemed.

Well done jonesy!!

They just need to sign Hogg in the january window, bringing those two back together would be a masterstroke for scunny, and they would not be far off the premiership, if they could make this happen.

then if hogg's not that good would either of you two play him v rangers. If not who would you play, bacause looking at the other thread, Hogg's name is put forward as one of the starting 11 by most of the people who have replied.

He's not great but he's would be in my starting line up every week, because he's about the best center back we have.

I'd break the bank and see if we could get a traffic cone in.

Went into Willie Hills at dinner time to back the Cabbage at 9's and noticed a horse called Bobby Jones, put a double on instead and it pissed in at 33/10.
Just need us to win now. :cool2:

Well, at the beginning of the season, some Scunny fans were claiming they'd been sold a dud. The inference being that a player can look good in the SPL, but is useless in the Championship.

If he's now winning them over, I think it shows that the gap in quality (if not wages) between the Championship and SPL is not that big.

Also, while I felt that Rob Jones became less effective during his time with us and I wasn't too unhappy to see him go, he seems a decent man to me, and I wish him well in his career.

Good post !
Agree with what you say
Would just add that Jones to me , at least, was of limited ability and that SPL/Championship is as far as he could hope to go .

Now he is at Scunny he is yesterday's man :greengrin
