3-1 Hibs.............................our defence will always leak a goal or two.

3-1 looks like a likely score - Hibs have been flying lately and I can see that continuing, but we're always likely to let one in.

Ill go for a 3-2 win. Can see Hibs scoring a few but can also see us leaking a couple of goals. May change my prediction when i see the team sheet :greengrin

1-2 Killie. I fancy a Hamilton or St Johnstone (LC) type of performance. We seldom do well when we have our rythmn scuppered by those abominable international breaks.

Ban 'em, I say.

I think they are a bit of a bogy team for us. I think they last 10 games I think we have only won 3 to their 5.

4 . 1 to Hibs, Yogi will have them up for it. A wee bit of magic dust.

3-1 Hibs

Thats what I'm thinking too! You lot to go three up and Kyle to come on off the bench and get one back. Big Nishy to get at least one of yours.

If women remembered how painful childbirth was we’d all be an ‘only child’.

Anticipating a Hibs win is the male equivalent.

We all beam with expectation as 3 o’clock on a Saturday comes around, live through the pain and trauma of 90 minutes and then …. whatever ... we're back to ER in a fortnights time :greengrin

I thought Kyle would be starter - take it he is not 100% fit? Fernandez had stormer last time he played at ER if I remember. 2-1 for Hibs.

Don't think KK is fully fit, pretty sure I read somewhere that he would be on the bench. Would be nice to see Fernandez have a good game! Would also like to see Sammon finally score, hes been having great games but just not scoring.

I have just seen a Mark McGhee-esque comment on teletext from Hughes that says if we play well, Killie don't stand a chance...:bitchy:. With that in mind, stand by for a pumped up Killie to take at least a point home.

It could be a possible slip up, but in reality Killie are Gash 3-0 hibs

They were gash last season and beat us 4-2 with 10 men! Any win would be acceptable.

:agree: I hope Hibs win but never take anything for granted and if we do win it will be a tight victory probably 2-1. I expect us to be below par tomorrow and feel Zemmama, benji and Bamba might be a bit tired.

I am utterly amazed by some peoples predictions. I am aware some are made in jest, but too many people on here seem to have learnt nothing over the years!

I think too many teams are going to come to ER and sit in. I would suggest not too many convincing wins will be coming Hibs' way at home this season, more likley to come away......

Still I expect a win!

i know what you mean but at the same time i think there is actually quite a negativity among many hibs fans and that this negativity overuns into self-fulfilling prophecy.

people who think that they are going to be lucky are more likely to be lucky than those who say 'nothing good ever happens to them'.

heres what wiki has to say, with some ammendments!

The self-fulfilling prophecy is, in the beginning, a false definition of the situation evoking a new behaviour (-fans grumping and moaning week in week out at ER) which makes the original false conception come 'true'. This specious validity of the self-fulfilling prophecy perpetuates a reign of error. (107 years?) For the prophet will cite the actual course of events as proof that he was right from the very beginning.

4-2 Hibs, Killie 2 up at half time through Kevin Kyle and Hibs come back in the 2nd half, just like that game under Mowbray.
