What a difference. That was by far the best team performance of the season.
I can't believe how much running Riordan did up and down that left wing. He'll sleep well tonight :greengrin

I heard him say that but it's baws. It was a 4-4-2 that turned in to a 4 pronged attack when we were attacking.

It probably seemed like that for long periods in the second half because Deeks and Zemmama were pushing so high up the pitch.
Whatever it was, it was really good :greengrin

I'd say it was 4-4-2 with Zemmama and Riordan pushing up as much as possible. Both came back when needed though.

4-4-2 is the way the game should be played.
Glad to see we played it today

I take it that is a tongue in cheek comment. Anyone who doubted Riordans commitment should have been there today. As he did on Tuesday, Riordan put in a tremendous shift and scored a trademark goal. Can`t ask for better than that.

His goal was a brilliant finish to a great move. No panic, just a cool head at the right time
