Click on "User CP". Then select "Edit Options"

Then to your left hand side, select "Edit Avatar"

Im sure you'll figure out the rest from there.

Go into User CP, Edit Options then from the left hand side pick edit avatar.

There are pictures in there for you to pick or you can select one from your own drives.
