Much of this made me laugh, especially the quote near the end from Mowbray:
"Gary might have a £100,000 a week offer on the table from someone down south or Barcelona might be offering him a deal, I don't know." :faf::faf::faf:
The only thing I can think of here is that Caldwell is arguing that the club should be counting all the own goals he scores and goals he gifts to opponents positively, in his favour.
Maybe he`s sitting there saying "Look Tony, I`m a defender and score lots of goals. Whether they`re in the opponents` net or not is beside the point. Now pay me the club`s top wage."
I can`t think of any other player as disastrous who holds such an exaggerated, overinflated opinion of himself.
