With the General Election no more than 9 Months away who will you vote for

For me It has to be the SNP to help protect Scotland from the Public Sector Funding Cuts

Gordon Brown is a disaster as a PM, and has left the UK and Scotland a financial "basket case"

The Tories have no respect for Scotland, and the Lib Dems are irrelevant

SNP for me

I think you should start a new poll with a 'no one' option to get an accurate reflection of the people on here.

Ironically, I want to vote none. :greengrin

I definitely wouldn't vote SNP, Labour, Lib Dems, BNP or any of the socialist parties.

I would also have massive doubts about voting for the UK Conservatives as they couldn't really care less about Scotland.

It would probably need to be a minor right of centre party that I would vote for.

If I could vote. It would probaly be for one of the left wing parties SNP green lib dems or the socialists it would probaly the one with the best canditate. Seeing as the socialists have literaly no chance of getting in it would be one of the first three.

Sorry, but :faf:

How is it they will 'protect' Scotland?

Will they use a Magic Shield?

Or have they cultivated an orchard of magical money trees behind Victoria Quay since taking office?

This isn't meant to be critical of the SNP in particular - I would like to see any party propose how they would avoid public sector spending cuts.

Or perhaps more apposite, I would like to see any party propose what their public sector spending cuts will be, in detail.

That won't happen of course, and in reality and fairness it's no wonder.

Still too early to tell. I may vote tactically to ensure my local Labour MP gets the flush (which unfortunately might involve a vote for the Lib-Dems) or I may go SNP or Green. Either way, the decision will probably be made while the pencil is hovering over the paper.

I agree with this, as someone who probably won't vote myself. It distorts things not to have the non-voting intention represented

Will not vote so poll is inaccurate without that option.

Why wouldn't you vote? What goal is your lack of participation towards? It's not like lower voter participation is going to change anything.

Pray tell, which Happy Magic "Pot of gold at the end of the rainbow" Land have the SNP created to avoid this, and what category of funding cuts does the Glasgow airport rail link come under??

Being asked which set of pishy, lily-livered shysters to chose for Scotland at the moment is like being asked to choose the worst **** between Stalin, Hitler and Pol Pot.

For no other reason than a) they are not the Tories and b) they haven't yet tried to take advantage of the Scottish public's stupidity by claiming that full Independence is somehow a viable and beneficial step for us to take, I'll grudgingly say Labour.

Just remember your choice then when whatever pension fund you may be paying into goes belly up also remember who sold the UKs Gold Reserve at an all time low price to China.

If the OP is talking about the Westminster General Election which must be held by May of next year then I wouldn't be too surprised to see the Tories in with a 75+ majority.
