Given that it seems unlikely our pink chums will be able to continue at the PBS, what other uses could the place be put to?

I'll start with the boring:

1. Flats. Gorgie is a highly desirable area and people would be queuing to snap up those high-end premium dwellings.

2. It could be recognised and used as Scotland's 2nd Pitt O' Drie.

Build a massive set of public toilets.

I'd get John McGlynn to be the caretaker for the gents side and Stevie Frail to be the caretaker for the ladies side.

I'd take great pleasure in baking one and breaking in the new facility.

On the rest of the land I think I'd build a new Royal Ed.

Don't want to change the clientele too much.

Use it as the home ground for a Big team in Edinburgh, one that will be competing regularly in the Champions league. Thus enabling them to sign players that their supporters actually want rather than them having to pretend that second rate players on loan from another second rate team are better than their much smaller rivals.

One giant stand that holds 60,000 deluded jambo's. Of course they wouldnt realise until the grand opening that the pitch had to be sacrificed in order to build the biggest stand in the world! Perhaps they could then show re-runs of Albert Kidds goals after locking the gates..

Hearts used to play on White Park, which is the park opposite the Gorgie Road entrance. It's used by Gorgie-ites to walk their dogs and is usually covered in dog *****.

It's pretty busy so maybe an extension could be allowed once the Big Pynk Top is pulled down.

Who cares what they do with it, the sooner that stinking debt-ridden carcass of a club are finally put out their misery then the better.

Knowing how much that shower of trumpets bend over in anticipation of a Vlad-flavoured pummelling, they'd still turn up and part with their cash to watch an empty pitch if Romanov told them to, because he's their "champion".

C0ckends, every single last one of them.
