How nice it is too see Im not the only one celebrating his birthday.

The man is a constant reminder of how football should be played and how our
high earning players should conduct themselves. How much would a player of his class be worth today?????????

A perfect ambassedor for his club and country and a perfect gentleman STILL.

If you asked him what he would like for his birthday treat he'd more than likely ask for 3pts for the HIBS today.

Happy Birthday Pat, hope you have a great day (and get the 3pts.)

A REAL Hibs LEGEND! xxx:top marks

Happy Birthday KIng Paddy Stanton!

(If you don't need the bus pass there's a 'chunky' striker at Gorgie who could do with it.)

Where do the years go? I remember when he was Hibs manager in the early 80s and the team were struggling there was talk of him pulling on his boots again to join fellow Tornadoes Blackley, Duncan and Schaedler on the pitch. To me he seemed old at the time but I guess he must only have been in his mid-late 30s.
