As it says on the tin.

Sol played the full 90 minutes against Burkino Faso tonight in a 5-0 win which sees the Ivory Coast qualify for the finals.

They might do alright with the likes of Didier Drogba, the Toure brothers, Solomon Kolou, Emmanuel Eboue and Didier Zokoro in their line up.

There wont be many from the SPL in the finals I would imagine.

Well done big man!

Hopefully we'll get the benefit of the experience he's picking up at international level for the whole of this season at least! :agree:

Cameroon beat group leaders Gabon 2-0 today, which is good news for Zemmama and Morocco. Could still qualify if they beat Adebayor's Togo tomorrow:agree:

:top marks He will play in the premiership once he's played in the world cup. We will rake in another big transfer next season.

Great news for the big guy.

Given that he will be away for the African Nations Cup during the whole month of January, I would still expect him to be a Hibs player by the end of the January window, but a good showing in the WC will likely see him move on, hopefully for a good fee.

I think he will be sold after the World Cup finals.

IMO it would be stupid to sell him in the January window.

Lets hope for what is the "Ulises De La Cruz World Cup Effect" and we get a bid of £1.75m from a slightly unhinged Aston Villa manager :greengrin
