In an attempt to claim that the reason Heart of Midlothian did not sign anyone serious in the transfer window, the Romanov's conspired to deactiate the fax machine, but instead pulled the wrong plug (http://www.heartsfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/HeartsNewsDetail/0,,10289~1784865,00.html)

Absolutely astounding, even by the surreal 'standards' that operate over by, that they've still got that "Tynecastle 2010" link up on that page.

Even better is if you look at it, it has quotes from long departed friends Pedro Lopez and Christophe Berra, it also talks about estimated start time of summer 2009, and finish 2011. I know folk on here slag off our official site, but it's light years ahead of that mob!

Why does it take engineers 24 hours just to stick a plug back in a socket?

Wonder if there is more problems with non payment of bills and they are struggling to find an engineer to do this tricky task? :devil:

Despite the fact the only thing blocking this 2010 "vision" is Hearts not coughing up for the land (and flucking around with a school in process - won't somebody think of the children!?), I'm willing to guess the official party line is it's the cooncil's fault there's no approval yet?
