I feel sorry for Celtic in this instance. The player has clearly just used them as a stepping stone to bigger and better things.

An erse if this is true.

He could've come back here to Wellington, been treated like a hero, and banged in a few goals.

However, he'd rather play for Doncaster Rovers

I know where I'd rather be playing football. Hero worshipping or not.

Surprised that he's going to Doncaster but the guy canny stay fit so i suppose his value decreases because you only get so many games out him a season.

I'd rather play here as a hero than Doncaster as a nobody.

edit - I thought Doncaster were in League One.

Still thought, I dunno what he hopes to achieve there. if it's true anyway.

Nope "Donny Dome" Leasure centre. Be fair to Doncaster saw them last year v Crystal Palace huddies who played like the Yams hoofball wasn't pretty from CP, Donny by far the better team and Deano scored.

Remember that he's got to be fit enough to pass the medical.

On that basis, there's a good chance the move will fall through :greengrin

Aye but what a diver. That effort on Sunday trying to land in the penalty box from 30 yards out was very hopeful. :greengrin

If it's true, he'll be looking to do the same as he's done throughout his career - rake in a sizeable income while doing as little as possible to earn it.

I hope Doncaster are up-to-date with their medical insurance payments. They're gonna need more than BUPA if they've signed Sick-note.
