On the radio Alan Preston revealed that Stokes was indentified 6 weeks ago for Hearts and as usual no word came back from our esteemed chairman (again terms etc agreed) -- the deal was ready just needed the OK -- he also stated that Mclean from Plymouth had agreed terms to come and again after it was sent for ratification no word came back.

The reality is that Romanov wants some influence on the team and it seems if he has not identified him then he gets the hump and refuses to do business.

Some can pretend all they want but one man is deciding our policy and if that one man says NO ! we are goosed.

So let me get this right Stokes had been 'identified' and then 'terms had been agreed' by H earts and all it needed was Vlad to give the nod!!! Cos Biscuit Jambo f€ckwit Preston says so!

In their dreams. They've said plenty that they can't afford to pay decent money any more. And as if Stokes would agree to join that shower, Yogi was the guy who gave him a chance to shine and the reason he's signed for us.
