When is this actually on Sky Sports or ESPN?

Sick of watching re-runs of english games throughout the week & programmes about the next round of fixtures & nothing aired about the scottish league :grr:

Think it was on sky sports 1 at 7 and i think its on sky sports 2 at 9pm.

30 min programme on the yams game

So is that all we get one programme throughout the course of that week, shocking by SKY imo
