Anyone see the women's 100m heats this morning?

In the second last heat there was what can only be described as the fattest 'athlete' I've ever seen! She eventually waddled over the line in nearly 15 seconds!

Still, looking forward to the mens 100m semi and final tonight, reckon we could see a new world record from the Lighting Bolt :thumbsup:

I think the semis are 5 / 6ish and the final is around about 8 ish.

Wow...!!! That was unbelievable....and Gay did 9.71, fastest time ever by an American and he looks gutted

Heats start tomorrow. If he can be ersed, Bolt could get very near to running sub 19 seconds.

Big shock in the womens Pole Vault tonight, Isinbaeva doesn't even get a medal - she's been virtually unbeatable for yonks :greengrin
