A Difference

A lot of chat today about defensive errors, Benji's return, MoM etc The best thing for me was the ball being passed not lumped. A lot of crisp short balls, good angled crosses and decent balls out of defence. I want to see the first goal again but it looked like we passed St Midden off the park in the build up.

We are not the finished article but 100% beter than last year. But for a defensive lapse/cock up that could easily have been 4/5-0 today.

I thought at times we over passed and tried to walk the ball into the net.

Thought it was over passed at times too, although for the first game showed good promise. Just felt at times we needed players to try and take a man on, only Wotherspoon seemed to have a try and to some effect.
