I am now convinced he did take that flight. Could be that Deeks was told to take the day off so was off visiting friends/family in the South Coast. Therefore no need to mention Southampton.

On the otherhand it does sound a bit fishy. Time will tell whether some of the earlier rumours on other threads and a fans messageboard south of the border are true.

Sincerely hope they are not.

Had a walkabout town yesterday and checked out a pub or two and not seen Deek about.

I'm going out again tonight just to make sure he's not in the area!!!

Not heard any my Pompey or Saints mates mention they are biddng for Riorden. Heard a story from a Yam saying he's going to Plymouth, if that was the case Deek would fly to Exeter direct from Edinburgh as Plymouth is 4 hours away from Southampton and under 1 hour from Exeter.

Hopefully i'll see him up at Bolton on Saturday playing for the Hibs
