Great version of `Poor Boy`and a much revamped `Sugar Baby` at Liverpool Echo, a very good show, i`m hoping for `Chimes Of Freedom` tonight but i`ll settle for anything from the new album, can`t see it happening though.:cool2:

"Chimes" is overdue Churchy, but we'll more than likely need to wait a couple of years to hear anything from the new album :greengrin

Certainties will most likely be `Watchtower``Spirit On The Water``Blowing In The Wind``Thunder On The Mountain`and `Highway61` and possibly either `Stuck Inside A Mobile or `Things Have Changed` my money is on `Gotta Serve Somebody` or `Cats In The Well as an opener, seems to be a bit friction between Dylan and Stu Kimball though but it hasn`t stopped anyone playing their hearts out, i`m gonna enjoy every note!

When you`re that far back in these places it is almost like you`re not there, sure you`ll enjoy this one.

Really enjoyed that last night, far better seeing him in a proper venue rather than an aircraft hanger like the SECC. Could actually hear the different instruments this time rather than just a wall of noise. Nice to see him playing guitar on a few songs again as well. Played more guitar than I expected.

A couple of songs stuck out for me, I Don't Believe You and Highway 61 especially. A pity there weren't any songs from the new album, but I wasn't really expecting any.

Jackie McNamara snr was sitting a few seats along from me in the circle.

I`ve seen almost 50 shows since 1989 and last night was in the top 5, not surprised that Jackie was there, Ian Rankin was also spotted.

Couldn't get playhouse tickets so went along to the SECC. I thought that i might as well, given his age, it could be the last chance to see him.
Had seen him before at Stirling Castle (brilliant) and the SECC (rubbish, he was almost catatonic at his piano the whole gig) and wasn't expecting too much, however, the minute he came on stage and bust into Maggie's Farm i knew it was going to be great and he didn't disappoint. High lights were probably Rolling Stone and Watchtower.

Really enjoyed the gig, stand-outs for me were Leopard Skin, Po Boy and Just like A Woman, it's 43 years since I first saw him in Edinburgh hope it's not the last :rockin:

I thought the show in Edinburgh was excellent. There were a number of highlights, but I particularly enjoyed Rolling and Tumbling and Just Like A Woman, and Highway 61 was superb. The new riff in Tangled Up in Blue was distinctly menacing.
