I have a match there on Monday and would appreciate any advice on the course.

In fact, if you could see your way to taking me round before then, I'd be forever in your debt!

I used to be a member there.

I didn't find it too difficult...very very hilly though. Couple of shared greens and shared fairways which are a bit of an inconvenience though, and the 5th and 14th (I think) fairways cross which is a wee bit on the dangerous side.

Also...if you're a risk taker, 17 was drivable (even as a 15 year old) if you fly it over the big gully on the right hand side.

Hope that helps even a wee bit

You're thinking of the wrong course, Scott.

Uphall is flat.

From their web-site; "The 18 hole Parkland course surrounded by mature trees is relatively flat and compact offering a testing challenge to all levels of golfer"
