The Home Secretary was said to be "mortified" after being forced to apologise for an expenses claim that included adult movies ordered at her home and paid for by the tax payer. Jacqui Smith said she "mistakenly" submitted an claim featuring five pay-per-view films.
Two of the movies viewed at the family home in her Redditch constituency were 18-rated.
I remember Labour saying they would be whiter than white when they came into power after all the years of Tory sleaze, now we are paying for Jacqui Smith's family to watch porno movies. I think it's time this lot were kicked out and we had a general election and get a PM in charge who was voted in by the general public.

Yeah lets kick labour out and get back to the torys, then in ten years lets kick them out and get back to labour.
They are all the same.

DISGRACED sex romp MP Nigel Griffiths was covered in yet more shame last night-after a High Court Judge REJECTED his bid to SILENCE the News of the World's TRUE revelations of his antics inside the House of Commons.

I think the point he was making is that people would be sacked in other jobs for the same thing.

I got his point first time woody, the point that she has just been given the full support of the PM is laughable and the fact she was claiming 40+ thousands of pounds saying she was also staying in her sisters house is just a scandal. this lot are not bettet than the Tory's

You forgot to add Tony McNulty, who claimed £60,000 second home allowance, for the house in which his parents live. His first home is nine miles from his second "home" which he moved from in 2002.

I think that career politicians with safe seats, will tend towards corruption at some point. Sadly, it's human nature. I'd make it impossible for any politician to serve more than ten years.
People say that we'd lose a lot of wisdom and experience, I think we'd lose corruption and complacency and get new idealistic blood into the tired process.

I don't think Jacqui Smith is very bright. Either that or she is very bright, because she seems to think she knows more about the effects of cannabis than the experts she hired.

Agreed. She has yet to spot the extra claim, further down the page, for a box of Man Size tissues.

Definitely dim. She tells what I call toddler lies, where she says something so blatantly untrue, yet with such conviction that you think she genuinely believes it.
