This has to be the best yet :faf:

D’OH-LIGHTED Celtic fans were last night claiming The Simpsons as their latest celebrity followers — after eagle-eyed supporters spotted the Hoops’ colours in the world-famous TV cartoon.
The St Patrick’s Day episode, set in Ireland, featured the club crest on the wall of a pub bought by Bart and Homer.

A drinker could be seen sitting at a table in a Celtic shirt complete with sponsor’s logo. And Bart even wrote a note saying: “Next time, visit Scotland” — perhaps for a trip to Parkhead.

Since the episode was shown this week Celtic fans have been boasting on internet chatrooms. :faf:

One wrote: “You can even see the writing on the badge. Everything is spot on.”

Bart's the budding illiterate, vandal, and juvenile delinquent?

Homer's the bloated fat beer-guzzler with an IQ smaller than his shoe-size and the manners of a dysfunctional hog?

Of course they're Septic fans - they fit in perfectly with the rest of the oinks.

Just surprised no one mentioned it before now....

I would be amused by the Yanqui infatuation (should that be inPATuation?) with De Immerald Oil if they hadn't poured so much money into PIRA and other criminal Oirish PATriotic bodies in the past.

I once had to suffer an entire evening of a Yanqui PPP (Professional Plastic Paddy) singing the praises of 'the Patriot Bhoys' and 'the Ould Sod'.

It was only after about an hour that I realised that 'the Ould Sod' refers to the country. I HAD thought he was talking about De Valera.

Although if they made him a Hibs fan we'd prob be raving about it. You could make up other quips about us with the ET thing.
