Has anyone ever read the book titled above?
Is it a good read? I don't read very often as I get a sore head but have read a bit about the guys mentioned in this story and I think one or two are still on the FBIs 10 most wanted.
Cheers
Edit; Has anyone read anything about Pablo Escobar? There's a new book out by his brother but don't know if it will be some guy who thinks the sun shines out his brothers arse and everything will be exaggerated 100 times over or just simply made up.

Read a couple of books about Escobar. Don't think much was made up about the ridiculous escapades and wealth that was built up. As for the person don't think i'd ever have wanted to be going for a pint with him and his cartel.

"Hunting Pablo" is a decent read, as the name suggests it's about the authorities attempts to apprehend and eventually kill him.
Hope that didn't ruin the books ending for you.

Do you remember the name of any of them.
I don't know if his brother was involved, that's one of the reasons I'm not too sure if I should buy the book as I'm not sure how much he would know / see.

Havent read that book but did read another - name escapes me - about the guy Bulger leader of the Boston Irish mafia. The film The Departed was loosely based on him. Hes still on the run . and was second on FBIs wanted list after Bin Laden.
Couple of good true crime books by a guy called TJ Engliah about the history of Irish American crime incl Bulger "Paddywhacked" and a book called "Westies" about an irish american gang in 70s / 80s New York.

So many books so many hours sitting at taxi ranks. The titles escape me. Front cover with a picture of a cocoa plant and $100 bills.

Thanks. I'll have a look for it.
I'm probably going to buy a PE book or the one in the title. There's no point buying two as one will sit forever!
