Anyone able to (or know anyone who can) do an expert report on window frames / double glazing?
Basically I'm getting a lot of draughts coming in from the frame surrounding my double glazing and while I've raised this with the builder I suspect they'll try and deny responsibility for it.
Fortunately I'm still within my 2 year NHBC guarantee but I see this being an uphill battle!

Cheers Dave - how much did they charge if you don't mind me asking?

They don't charge. They make their cash from commission when you buy new glazing.

I got new ones about 2 1/2 years ago and I'm sure I get drafts as well, if you put your hand up againast it you can feel some air.
I also seem to get next to no noise reduction, it often sounds like the window is open.
I got he guys back to check them over as the joiners wre 3rd party but i was told all was fine.
Often wondered if there was a thrid party surveyor or something that could check them out but doubt there is anything I could do afte this time.
When they rip the old ones out I'm not convinced about how they fill the hole - they stick the new ones in and they only seemed to use sealant around the sides, not sure they did anyhting to fill the hollows in between.
