Does anyone work for Scottish Gas?

What's going on? I just phoned asking to get a new bill because the estimate was way off and they said they were busy and will phone me back on Sunday between 12 and 4. :confused:

Oh aye someone somewhere works for Scotish Gas i've had about 78 (i kid you not) recorded messages from them in the last week :grr: they start just after 8am and stop at the back of 5pm :grr:

Worked for them years ago now and that was common practice when they were mobbed. Irrespective of the nature of the call (apart from emergency) they will take your details and call you back at an inconvenient time...obviously you won't be in though :greengrin

This is a recorded message from Scottish Gas please call this number blah blah,didn't listen to them all really. Just in the process of going back to them from Scottish Hydro,they needed up to date meter readings for gas & elec.
