Which political party do you generally vote for?

LABOUR as i will probably be voting for them in the next election. I voted SNP last time.
I have no loyalties to any party and would only rule out voting for the BNP, SSP, Lib dems (fence sitting fannies) or any type of religious party.
I would also like to say i hate politicians. Tony Benn and GG excluded.

It is getting to the stage you wonder if any of them are worth voting for.

Most of them aren't.
I do think that Labour are due an absolute doing a la the Tories in 97. Iraq, 10p tax, the economy, Gordon Brown etc - they'll get what is coming to them.
The SNP have managed OK against all odds and a media which is stacked against them, but some of their posturing does nothing for politics and makes them look petty.
The LibDems had a chance in 2003 to turn the heat up on Blair following the illegal invasion in Iraq (that they were so outraged about), but chose to remain best buddies with Labour in Scotland so they could get their slice of power pie. Fence sitters, each and every one of them.
The Greens seem alright, but that Patrick Harvie fella strikes me as a self-righteous amateur. 'Brinksmanship' he called the budget negotiations. Nah pal, sometimes people have to make decisions in the real world, not just to make policies up safe in the knowledge you'll never get into power and have to act on them.
The Tories.... don't get me started....
I'm coming round to the idea that my next vote might go for the person, not the party. Mark Lazarowicz seems to do great work for individuals in Edinburgh North and Leith, but he's a Labour man.
Perhaps it's the party system that needs to go, not the politicians.

As a centre-right person, the only parties that I would even consider voting for on that list would be Conservatives, Scottish Christian Party or UKIP (I would never vote BNP).
Since i'm also pro-independence, I would say that the Scottish Christian Party best represents my views. The Tories are not really a right wing party anymore and UKIP are not in favour of a Scottish parliament.
I would never vote Labour, SNP or any of the socialist/communist parties.

I would vote communist for a laugh, however i'm not 18 so i've never voted and tbh all political parties seem the same to me, dull and boring.
