Most likely you will be entitled to full council tax benefit, however, you do need to pay the water charge part of it - usually works out between £20 and £25 a month :agree:

Actually, Council Tax Benefit is means tested.

You certainly don't have to pay if you're on Income Support.

However, as its based on your NI contributions, you can get Job Seekers allowance even if you have zillions in the bank and your wife's in a 80k a year job, so you don't automatically qualify for CTB.
