The SNP's Michael Matheson wanted £44.45 for plants and plant pots for an office, while the SNP's Stuart McMillan was also refused £225.60 for a Christmas advert.

nope, not TOO surprised, what i would like to know is, are MSP's born greedy gits, or do they just become greedy gits when they become MSP's and enter the gravy train building, is it some kind of un-written rule :soapbox:
