Not a fan then?? Still remember the stress her policies put my dad under as he had to go completely against his voting preferences and try to implement them - specifically the Poll Tax. Remember that "Pay no Poll Tax" sign scrawled on the bridge that was on my route to ER.

I'll shed no tears when she kicks it.

Just heard Rifkind defend Thatchers poll tax implementation as being the deed of Younger - eff me, its taken 20 years to come up with an excuse. Dont hurry back you shower of evil, abberative abominations.
Thatcher = Satan in a blue frock, may she suffer insuperably til the day she drops into hell for the last time. Witch!!!

I see the government are questioning whether or not to have a state funeral for her. The only question most of us are asking is whether she has to be dead before we bury her- Frankie Boyle

I keep a holiday back every year and have it on the last day the allocation is allowed. I keep it for a that very special day. I have vowed never to drink again after my performance on new years day. There are two exceptions. The special day and I won't mention the other. :cup:

I am not a torry, but I was alot better off financially under Maggie than I am am under the current shambles...

also the system was better

examples

you could see a dentist when you wanted
you could see a doctor when you wanted
there was no neds on the streets
doubt if we would have been in such a mess over immigration
we still would have our stronger British Identity
petrol was cheaper
Stealth taxes, I'd be here all day naming them

I Maggie had her faults, poll tax ,but this clown Brown has Sha*ted us big time over the last decade

you could see a doctor when you wanted

there was no neds on the streets

doubt if we would have been in such a mess over immigration
It was worse, apart from that Scotland needs immigrants, we are a nation of immigrants and immigrants are welcome in my country
we still would have our stronger British Identity
Thank God we don't
petrol was cheaper
So was everything else except 15% mortgages
Stealth taxes, I'd be here all day naming them
There were plenty under her as well mate believe me

I Maggie had her faults, poll tax ,but this clown Brown has Sha*ted us big time over the last decade

Totally deluded. The woman are her polices ripped the heart out of so many communities. I would have her tried for crimes against humanity. The day she dies will one of great celebration in my household
