Car parking at secc glasgow

I'm heading to the SECC in Glasgow for the Stereophonics concert. While since I've been to a gig there but I seem to recall that it was chaos getting out of the car park there afterwards.

Anybody been there recently to advise on the parking situation?

I always find the best place to park is just up from the rail station at the end of the walkway you can usually get parked somewehere on the street there and much easier for getting away.

Just go along Argyle St, turn left into Minerva St then left again and park anywhere you can find there.

Then it is easy to get to the SECC using the walkway near the station.

Last time I was there I just bolted halfway through the last song and got away with no bother.
