It's definitely £15 - shoud be a good night of boxing but I grudge paying that kind of dough for it.

Don't think £15 is too steep for the Khan fight, Enzo Macarinellis title fight and the fight of the year by a country mile.
As for the big one, fancy De La Hoya to nick it just because of his sheer size the fight is at welterweight(147lbs), Pacquio is coming up from lightweight(135lbs) to take on a guy whos been jumping between light middleweight(154lbs) and middleweight (160lbs) for the last few years. A few pounds doesn't seem like a lot but when it comes to punching power and so on it absolutely huge. De La Hoya is the boxer of our generation and his class and ring craft should shine through. Just.

I do. It's £15 on top of the £30odds I already give Sky every month.

Macarinelli's fight now off. The other guy couldn't make the weight then pulled out

Failed a medical according to TalkSport - also said that they were trying to find someone to step in. If they get someone he'll be a total no-hoper - over in round 1.
Sky should be offering a partial refund to everyone.:agree:

Ye there is a few decent fights but what annoys me is the bigger fights so to speak are always on like 2-5am sunday mornings, lol
As regards your point with the weights, i for one dont understand it too much.Imo there should be like maybe 6 weight devs.. heavies, light heavies ,middleweights, lightmiddle weights and lightweight and one div under that.
With uyou point with the few lbs meaning alot with regards punishing power, i dont quite understand it.In his prime mike tyson more or less fought guys 3-5" taller(tyson being 5 10 and likes 220-230lb) and was more likely outweighed by 10-20lbs and i think his power was one of the ebst, But as i said i dont quite understand it all.
I think with all the good fights there could be, i say who cares bout weight, if 2 boxers wanna fight, say ok " the max weight is 200lbs "

Hope this helps even one person.
(edit: if you only see a holding picture with commentary its because they only show the fighting so as not to waste bandwidth, video comes when the action starts again)

glad i didn't pay to watch the khan fight http://www.setanta.com/uk/Articles/other-sports/2008/12/06/Boxing-Khan-stops-Fagan-in-two/gnid-30510/
Amir Khan stopped Oisin Fagan in the second round at London's Excel Arena on Saturday in his first fight back after his defeat to Breidis Prescott in September

It's always easier to predict after the event isn't it.
Good god, I wish all good bookies would offer this service.:greengrin
I called up at 09:00 this morning looking to stick £100 on that but they wouldn't take it:bitchy:
AND that was Paddy Power - Massive bookmaker but wouldnae take it... something about, the result already being decided.
Last time I try to give them any money.:agree:

.
2 of the fights ended in the first 2 rounds which was then followed by an old guy who admitted that his legs have gone getting TKO in the 8th. I'm glad I kept my £15 in my pocket.

Happily I predicted it on Betfair at 7 last night:smokin
Had £2 on Pacquiao in the 6th, 7th, 8th (lowest odds of the four, "only" 84/1), 9th and £6 on him stopping Oscar anytime :take that
