I've been over in fife nearly two months and I've never seen it like that. half the sky is totally lit up.

Maybe it's a riot. Anyone up for some looting?

I just ran to the bottom of the road for a peak. There's definitely alot more smoke than usual but it doesn't seem all that brighter than usual:dunno:

:paranoid: I've changed my mind, I'm staying put this side of the bridge.

Seriously though I used to stay up in Willowbrae at my folks and the house had a great view over to Fife, seen those flames many a time :agree:

All you see from duloch is a faint glow on the horizon...I was maybe exaggerating a bit.:greengrin

On the down side...the light is worrying the peacocks in my vast garden.

this is nothing new just somer nights are better to see it than others, i used to play for cowdenbeath and its located just off the bypass at cowdenbeath,i think it just depends on how much they are burning and also what kinda night it is, i think it looks a lot brighter if there is low cloud.
