Anyone done this? Which company did you use? What % did they charge? Was it a success?

I did it all myself and got everything back. Although that was about 18 months ago so I would imagine the banks have tightened up somewhat since then.

apparently there's a test case going through and when thats decided the banks will either be paying back a lot of money or wont be paying anyone back. Having similar problems myself - went £3.44 overdrawn and facing charges of £430 for it!:brickwall

You cant reclaim anything at this moment in time.
Everything has been suspended due to this case the banks have in some court over them.
If they lose then the floodgates will be open and everyone can apply for there bank charges.
Unfortunatley, since the credit crunch has started this case has been delayed quite a bit so dont expect it any time soon.

Also beleive if they lose then it will mean to end to free banking :brickwall
Monthly fees on all bank accounts anyone?

I got all my bank charges back a few years ago, i just did it myself, no point in using a company who's going to take your money.

As for an end to fee banking I'm not that bothered, I already pay for my Royalties Gold and it's well worth while for all the extras.
