Does anyone know if this is the final event in the european Order of Merit this week or is there another event before it's decided?

I'm pretty sure TalkSport said this was the last one of the season mate.

The Volvo Masters at Valderrama is always the last event on the tour :wink:

It always was the last - from next season it's no longer the final event.

I thought that aswell but want to make sure as some bookies are still offering 1/4 on Karlsson to win the OOM and he's currently almost €300000 ahead of Harrington and 3 shots ahead so I was thinking of lumping £200 on him for £50 profit.

It says on the european tour website that there is event in China but it seems that that is the start of next season and the race to Dubai.:agree:

Yep - this week's tournament is definitely the last of the 2008 season.
