First of all, I know, I know, it's not even November, so my apologies for depressing some of you.
However, because I travel with my work so much, I don't get much time to go shopping so I need to start thinking about what to buy folk, well in advance of the mayhem, and means now.
I've just ordered one of these (http://www.wwf.org.uk/adoption/tigerfamily/?pc=ADY001005) for my wife. It's a good idea to call if you want one, so they send it to you, not the gift recipient. You can also make a one-off payment on the phone instead of setting up a monthly d/d.
If anyone has any other suggestions as to what would make an interesting or novel Christmas present, please list them below.
It would be so good if I didn't have to fret this year! :xwave

I was about to adopt but for me there is only one animal that I could possible do it for, the Gorilla, why don't the WWf do that?

Done, I now adopt Amy.
There is no other animal out them that holds the draw of a Gorilla for me, amazing animals.

I was tempted to adopt one of the animals on the link but then I decided to put the money towards the kids at the Dnipro charity :agree:
A great cause - all monies guaranteed to be spent directly on the people who need it most and the charity is connected to the Hibs support. What more could you ask for! (Well done Stevie Carr and the others involved.)
Imagine the results if every Hibs.net reader donated £1 or more this christmas

I think that's a nice present that she'll appreciate. Although I find it hilarious the sob story they've painted about the struggling single mum tiger. It's not like they'ev lived in the wild for hundreds/thousands of years without human help:duck:.
Similar to the above, we sponsored an Aberdeen fan in my work 'Sam the Ram' These people must fund their house / farm on this type of thing.
