My bed is on its last legs and thinking of buying a new one. The mattress is fine, just the frame knackered. Thinking of one of those faux-leather jobs. Anyone got any good recommendations?

Anyone got any good recommendations? There are a few bed places at Seafield Road, The Bed Shed, Archers, Dreams etc. they all seem to have sales on at the moment.

Next furniture is good :agree:

We've had several crappy beds from places like Argos and the Bed shed and they have all fallen to bits but we got a solid wood bed from Next when we moved house last year and its great  a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

I wouldn't go for Ikea beds either, they are rubbish.

If your looking for a mattress as well i would recommend Mattress Man (http://www.mattressman.co.uk/) as they are very good :agree:

They have all the big brand mattresses and for decent prices compared to what you would pay in a shop and the couple of times i've ordered from them we've had the mattress delivered the next day.

The only slight drawback is you have to order online so you cant really test it until its delivered but i've been happy with the stuff i've bought before.
