My mate has started using one of these betting hotlines, the information provided is unbelieveable, much detail goes into previous form on same and/or similar courses and into personal life as well such as if they have recently become a father, parents ill, it is amazing stuff.

He gives 3 golfers for each tournament, last weekend was Quiros (won at 100-1), Fisher (2nd at 25-1) and the previous week was Charl Shwartzel (won at 25-1). Previous weeks have nearly all had a placed golfer, mostly at prices of 20-1 +.

This weeks selections are Dyson, McIlroy and Bourdy, can he get a hat trick ????

I had Quiros last week of my own volition. A measly £1 though!

Still... :greengrin

My mate is a bit of a punter, the hotline advises points bet, usually 1 point or 1/2 point each way. 1 point to my mate is £100, tip on Quiros was 1/2 point each way so £50 each way gave him £6100 return along with £500 for Fisher.....

I see Quiros is leading this week as well..............

That's called "the nappy factor" and it's one of these zany statistics that seem to prove a professional golfer has a significantly increased chance of winning a tournament within 3 months of becoming a Dad!

Strange but true!

A wee update on this tipster, Dyson a couple of weeks ago was 5th at 50/1 so returned a place. Last weekend Kjeldson at 50/1 won and Kaymer at 33/1 was joint 2nd, unbelievable tipping.

My mate has backed every tip throughout the year and as heavily down until the last month but is now well over 100 points in profit, not bad when you bet £100 per point !!!!!!

Fisher and Choi in the European tournament this week, Troy Mattheson in the tournament in the States, going for 4 winners in 5 weeks.

i know its a bit ****ty passing them on after it has started but it is just after speaking to him i remember to ask, i stopped putting money on them a few months back as he was on a bad run and i dont want to jinx them now that my mate is on a run, especially when i would put a few quid each way compared to his £100 each way.

Tips for this week, i think it is the Singapore Open. All tips are each way.

Adam Scott
Charl Shwartzel
Simon Dyson

Not sure of best prices but after the boy doing so well he drew a blank last week, the 80-1 tip was joint 6th missing a place by a shot.

These will probably all miss the cut now !!!!!!!
