Went to check my bill this morning and have noticed they have rammed it up by a tenner a month without my say so. Anybody else had this bother?

Yip they are a bunch of robbin barstewards,when i phoned to ask about it they said i was on a 12 month special deal and it has now ran out..
They are also throttling bandwidth between 5-12pm and as i d/load-u/load alot i get my 20MB connection cut to 5MB for 5 hours quite often complained about that as i pay for unlimited connection and they took a tenner back off my bill a month,still no happy with them but its the best package i can find..
