Laser eye surgery

Just wondering if anyone's had this done? I've paid my deposit and waiting for an op date at the end of the year.

I had it done last year and have found it to be brilliant. Cost me an awful lot more than the £395 per eye as advertised but to be liberated without specs or contact lenses it is well worth the money. Now where did i put my walking stick?:greengrin

i got it done in march with Optical Express[even got £50 off 'cause i mentioned a previous patient].

I've been wearing contact lenses for about 20 years, and only really have any bother if I over wear them. I reckon for a few minutes discomfort during the op, and a few hours recovery it'll be worth it. Doing it through Optical Express and is costing substantialy more than their advertised price but can't wait.
