Whilst playing 11's on the astro on Monday night i completely took the skin off my knee and its now infected and looking horrible :boo hoo: What do i do to fix this monstrosity?

That's true Lyonhibs - worth it though, cleans it and sterilizes it in one :greengrin

Once you have cleaned it, cover the area with a dry sterile non-adherent dressing. Look for signs of infection - redness and/or swelling and the wound would also be hot to touch (Check both knees). If there is some swelling, apply an ice pack for 15 minutes and keep your leg elevated overnight.
If there are signs of infection, you should go to your doctor and get it checked, you might need antibiotics.

Always found a good scrub with a wire brush sorts out such things out quite effectively. :greengrin
