Stephen Hendry?
SPORTSman.
Seriously though Hoy must be on for a knighthood? Holmes got one for winning 2 olympic golds - he's sitting with 3 and another to go.

The QF was today - him and the boy Kenny both pished it. I don't know if it's the semis tomorrow and Final on Wednesday or if it's all done and dusted tomorrow.

Question - since Kelley Holmes was honoured for winning two, can we assume that Mr Hoy will be knighted in the New Years' Honours?

I'd have thought so - Sir Matthew Pinsent and Sir Steve Redgrave are the only 2 British Olympians with more medals than Sir Chris. He's a stick on for a Knighthood IMO.
