Thought they were immense last night - was well impressesd.
One of the best gigs i've been to (and I've been to a few!).
Played a 2 hour set too

I was away with work all this week - I'd have loved to have gone to that concert. Saw them last time they played at the SECC, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

They are one of the best bands going.

I rerally enjoyed Radiohead but I think that will be the last outdoors gig I go to. Lots of highlights but Wierd Fishes was great and Karma Police always goes down well.

Too many wasted erseholes barging their way past you throughout the night. I ended up 50 yards further back than I'd started cos of it so the view was poor. The constant rain didn't help, of course.

Overall it was a 7.5/10 for me. Last time at Meadowbank got full marks. I'd go back there, right enough.

To be fair, that's the thing that stops me going to most gigs these days. I point blank refuse to go to T in the Park these days because the number of folk who can't cope with the amount of booze and drugs they consume seems to grow each year. I'm all for folk going and getting bladdered but folk have no social responsibilty about them anymore and they don't give a flying one what impact their behaviour has on others.

Even things like folk throwing half empty cups (which contain anything from lager dregs to urine) and all the rest of it just gets on my thrupennies now.

I went to see Coldplay there a couple of years ago (don't think it was last year) and I saw a few fights and plenty of anti-social behavior. I just cannae be ersed with it all anymore.

Likewise.
Thot Radiohead were superb. Particularly liked the start when Thom came onstage and looked around at the dark foreboding skies and said "you should move down south" at which point the 'patriots' at the front went "Boo!" and he replied "hoo-hoo!" As in oooh, touchy! Set the tone. No pandering.
Big gigs are usually ***** IMO for the same reasons highlighted by other posters but Radiohead were spot on. The sound, the rainbow lights and screens were topper. New album sounds a bit like Can for me i.e. most terrific.
