While playing football on Wednesday for a total of 4 hours, i totally knacked my muscles and yesterday they were aching all over and i could barely move.
Today i feel a bit better but i was just wondering what's the chances of me being fit to play tommorow for a few hours as i have an important tournament?

Do so *light* exercise and do long drawn out stretching. Have a hot bath and about 40minutes before you go to bed eat some protein.
should work.

Your suffering from DOMS (delayed onset of muscle soreness) which peaks 24-48hours after the initial exercise then declines so you should be ok for your game 2moro

I've had a real pain in the muscles of my right forearm since I split from the girlfriend. Anybody got an idea what has caused it. I'd look up the internet, but my eyesight isn't what it was either.

Go get yourself a massage and loosen those knots.
£35.00-£45.00 quid at some places and they do wonders.
p.s. if that doesn't work, see FR about his problems

I can get a free massage of the bird quicker
We won the tournament though
