I hate the Zietgeist movie with a passion - just a breeding ground for conspirators to accumulate ideas. I've never forgiven them (or the Loose Change people) for their hideous insinuations regarding 9/11 and it shocks me that so many of the victims are on board with them via the 9/11 for Truth movement - our family are very close to someone who died that day and the very notion of Zeitgeist sickens me.
The North American Union concept has been on the lips of many Americans for years now and there's been nothing new mentioned in more recent times.

i saw loose change. i was half expecting them to discover that bush was in fact old man withers from the mill and that he would have gotten away with it too had it not been for those pesky film students.

Divide and conquer is the motto, the Yanks have been at it for years, the masters of black ops. :grr:

i really dont think there is much to loose threads.
i find it more difficult to believe that there is not some kind of black ops stuff going on and being planned at a strategic level than to think otherwise.

This is mostly coming from libertarian nutjobs, most of whom supported Ron Paul in his (ill-fated) attempt to win the Republican nomination for President. Although, funnily enough, Congressman Paul doesn't share most of their opinions. Libertarians appear to have moved into constitutionalist ways of thinking to have a consistent narrative in opposing international involvement.
Search for "Alex Jones" on youtube if you want to hear one of the more articulate people who advance these theories.

ive seen a few alex jones films. terrorstorm, 9/11 martial law and the rise of the police state & the bohemian grove one. Pretty sensationalist stuff but very intereresting into the bargain and as you say he is more articulate than most of the others of that ilk. he is also a hell of a lot less self indulgent than that fraud michael moore.
another one worth a watch, although nowt to do with 9/11 conpsiracy theories is eugen jarecki's "why we fight" - excellent documentary :agree:
