Had a nice letter waiting for me when I arrived home from work tonight. I went 27p over my overdraft limit and the bank have charged me 21 quid :confused: And they have the cheek to inform you of the charges by a computer generated letter that hasn't actually even been signed! :bitchy:

Just nip into your bank n they will clear the charge, that is if the 1st time u been over your overdraft limit

One of my neighbours had informed me that if you are on income support, incapacity benefit or job seekers, the banks are not allowed to charge you. The amount of money you receive is the amount the government says you need to live on. Can any bank workers on here confirm this :confused:
