reports saying its going against Mugabe

but as usual this election will be rigged and mugabe ( No Capital M ) will continue to distroy Zimbabwe, there is also a days delay in the counting.

I dont vote but i do have a great interest in politics and this is my first post/thread on this forum so i was just wondering what use great people are thinking of this situation?

Its a real shame because having spoken to people who have lived/been there it was once a lovely country.

i only saw the headlines when coming back by train from somewhere but mugabe was calling on the dead to vote? 9.5 million slips for 5 million people or something. what was that about

i witnessed and experienced some horrible stuff when i was a volunteer in Malawi,so i cant imagine what the scenes are like in zimbabwe under the ruling of this man.

Was it us Great Britain who gave Power to this man?

Conflicting reports in the online press over the last hour have stated that there is talks of a mugabe resignation, although others state this is not the case.......??

What will this mean for Zimbabwe if Mugabe is ousted, will Zimbabwe be open to the world again? Very messy situation for the country and I hope this heralds a bright new age for what was once a happy country.

I tend to agree with the theory that Mugabe is stalling on the result of the election in order to find a way to rig it.

I sincerely hope this is not the case.

Now that Mugabe has lost, I wonder whether people will continue be as vociferous in their claim that the elcetions were rigged?

They should look to nations who know a thing or two about holding free and fair elections, like ehm, America...
